CLEANING SERVICES
Free Clean Linen,Towels and Cleaning Service provided every 2 days.
PETS
Pets are not allowed, apart from guide dogs.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the Suites.
DAMAGE PREVENTION
Please do not throw any paper or any other objects into the toilet. Use the wastebasket. Serious danger of blocking.
COMMON QUIET HOURS
Please respect the common quite hours (15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00)
SAFETY AND ECO-FRIENDLY BEHAVIOR
Please make sure you lock your Suite prior leaving it and also make sure you keep your personal belongings secure.
Before you go to the beach please use the curtains so that you keep your Suite protected from direct sunlight.
During your stay please keep lights, air conditioning units and other equipment off when you do not wish to use them.
Please prefer natural lighting when practical.
Before going to bed please ensure that indoor and outdoor lighting is switched-off and also make sure that all electronic devices and equipment are switched-off!
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to proceed with a reservation, the customer must fill in their full details and provide the details of the debit or credit card, which will be used for the deposit payment.
BOOKINGS WITH FLEXIBLE RATE
No deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
For the dates 01/05-10/06 & 21/9-31/10, in case of cancellation within 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the total cost of the reservation (100%) will be charged.
For the dates 11/06-30/06 & 06-20/09, in case of cancellation within 14 days before the scheduled arrival, the total cost of the reservation (100%).
For the dates 1/7-05/09, in case of cancellation within 21 days before the scheduled arrival, the total cost of the reservation (100%).
In case of no-show or departure earlier than scheduled, 100% cancellation fees apply.
The customer is charged the total cost of stay on the card provided upon release of the cancellation period.
BOOKINGS WITH NON REFUNDABLE RATE
The total cost of the stay is charged at the time of booking and it is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification, no-show or early departure.

Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice.
DAMAGE
Clients are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated Suites or Syra Suites premises caused by them or any persons in their party during their stay. Syra Suites reserves the right to retain client credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Syra Suites as a result of the aforesaid.
